Delivery Info

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.  We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

We use Australia Post for all our Australian domestic deliveries. For International orders we use Star Track and its affiliates. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

Deliveries to the Cocos (keeling) Islands – postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to flag these, where required, on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time or if there is a problem with your order, please email us.

Delivery during sale period

Please note during heavy sale periods delivery times may be delayed by an extra 2-3 working days.

Australian Domestic Orders

Connor charges a flat rate of $10.00 for standard delivery on all orders and $15.00 for express delivery within Australia. But if you register with us orders over $60 with standard delivery will be delivered for FREE.  (However from time to time Connor reserves the right to offer free delivery.)

Express orders can take from 1-3 business days and standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area take a look at the Australia Post Network Here.

New Zealand Orders
Connor charges a flat rate of $20.00 for standard delivery on all orders.  But if you register with us orders over $150 with standard delivery will be delivered for FREE. (However from time to time Connor reserves the right to offer free delivery.)

Order Tracking

For Australian Orders once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website. You will also be able to see the status of your order if you login to the website.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to flag these, where required, on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

Free Click & Collect From Store

You can now order products on our website and collect them from any participating Connor stores in Australia.

This service may be temporarily unavailable during major sale events (such as Stocktake Sale and end of Season Sale)

How it Works:

1. Choose your store Use the store locator to find your nearest participating store.

2. We'll call you The relevant Click and Collect store will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Orders will generally be available for collection within 2-5 days from the date you place your order.

3. Collect from store Come into store to collect your order, bringing your order confirmation and photo identification. We will keep your order in store for 14 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within this time, the relevant Click and Collect store has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you.
