Contactless Delivery Information

All parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Driver will leave the parcel at the recipient’s home if nobody is home. The driver will only leave the parcel if there’s a safe place on the property.

Safe place requirements: Your location is weatherproof, out of view of the street, and safe and easy for the courier to access.

Other international Destinations (UK / USA)

Connor charges a flat rate of $30.00 for standard delivery to all other international destinations.

Please note that, in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a 'gift' for export purposes, even if it is the customer intention.

Please check your local duties or custom tariffs as they will vary country to country. The customer is liable for any costs incurred by the destination country customs authorities.

We use Australia Post for all your deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. To check your delivery status
