what is R U OK?
R U OK? is a public health promotion charity that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives.
R U OK? empowers individuals to start life-changing conversations by reaching out to friends, family members and colleagues who might be struggling with life’s ups and downs, and asking, ‘are you OK?’

what is R U OK?
To support R U OK? and its initiatives, Connor is collecting contributions in store and online with 100% of money raised going to R U OK?
These contributions ensure the R U OK? Conversation Convoy can connect and collaborate with local communities in regional and rural Australia. The Convoy visits schools, workplaces and community groups to build the capacity of local communities to bring the R U OK? message to life in a way that’s meaningful for them.
The contributions also support the R U OK? Community Ambassador program – which involves a network of more than 100 passionate volunteers from across Australia who have lived experience of mental ill-health and/or suicidality. These valued ambassadors have been trained to safely share their stories, speak from experience about how and when to have an R U OK? conversation and how to respond when someone says they’re not OK.
