What information do we collect and why?
Connor may collect personal information about you when you submit that information to us, send us an email and/or complete any forms on the Website.
For example, when you request information about us or our goods and services, place an order online, enter a promotion or competition, participate in a promotional feature, provide services to us or apply for a job with us we may ask for your name, address and email address so that we can communicate with you, deliver your goods purchased, administer the promotion, comply with regulatory requirements and notify winners.
We may also collect personal information from third parties, such as your nominated referees if you are applying for a job with us.
Other personal information we collect may include:
• Your name, contact, billing and delivery details;
• Details, such as gender and date of birth, as supplied by you;
• History of your entry to Connor promotions over time;
• History of your past purchases from Connor over time;
• Details from your résumé if you apply for a job with us; and
• Other information supplied by you - including, but not limited to photos or video, in response to direct questions asked or when you rate and review a Connor Product, or when you engage with us through any social media channel.
We collect personal information to enable us to provide you with our online services, conduct business with you or process your job application. We will only request and use personal information that is necessary for the conduct of our business.
If you don’t supply the information we request from you, we may not be able to complete your transaction, deliver your purchases, provide you with the information you have requested, accept your entry into any promotion or competition, or consider your job application. We will let you know at the time of collection which information we need to collect and which information you need only provide to us on an optional basis.
IP Addresses and cookies
Our Website server automatically collects certain information when you visit our Website including, where available, your internet protocol address, operating system and browser type, and details of data downloaded from our server. Although in some circumstances, it may be possible to identify you from this information, we do not attempt to use this information for that purpose. This information is used for system administration, statistical analysis and similar related purposes.

Connor stores and holds Information electronically and/or in hard copy. We will take reasonable steps to store and hold Information in a secure and restricted manner and to protect Information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Access to your Information is limited to those individuals who require such access in order to perform their duties and responsibilities. Any Information held by a third party storage provider is done so under a contractual obligation of confidentiality and non-disclosure.
While the Website has secure password and transaction protections in place, you should be vigilant and note that there are inherent risks associated with transmitting Information via the internet. This means we cannot guarantee that data transmission will be 100% secure or safe from attack from unauthorised intruders and no data protection or security measure is completely secure, particularly in relation to online transmissions. How can you update your personal information?
Connor will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information is up-to-date, complete and accurate as possible and may, from time to time, contact you to update your details. However we encourage you to update your own details as often as possible. To do this, simply use the login prompt at the top of the home page to login to your account and update your details.
If you would like to know what information we currently hold about you please contact our privacy manager. However, to protect the confidentiality of your details, we may require some proof of identity in advance. If we deny access to your personal information, we will tell you why.

If you make a complaint, you will need to provide our Privacy Manager with sufficient evidence and information to conduct an investigation and determine the steps that need to be taken to resolve your complaint. Our Privacy Manager will contact you if any further evidence or information is required from you. You will be advised of the outcome of the investigation.
